In cooperation between Madayn and the Ministry of Education, the “Work Experience Program” was launched to empower students with practical skills and connect education with the job market. As part of this initiative, Arkan Logistics hosted a group of students, giving them the opportunity to develop their skills, build confidence, and explore potential career paths.

With the aim of strengthening its social responsibility and promoting volunteer and humanitarian work in North Al Batinah, Sohar Industrial City organized the fourth edition of the “Basmat” event for persons with disabilities. The event was held under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development, and was attended by a number of officials from both the public and private sectors.

Sohar Port and Freezone signed an agreement with the Oman-based logistics solution provider, Arkan Logistics to develop a 26000 square metre port-based Container Freight Station (CFS) and logistics complex, comprising bonded and non-bonded facilities, ambient and covered storage, as well as temperature controlled, dry, chilled and frozen storage facilities.
